Jacob Grimm

Jacob Grimm is an incoming Investment Banking Analyst at Lazard, where responsibilities include generalist M&A and restructuring. Previously, Jacob held the position of Summer Analyst at Lazard and has been a Seasonal Analyst in Alternative Credit and Fixed Income at Magnetar Capital since June 2022. As a member of the Northwestern University Investment Banking Club since November 2021, Jacob has also contributed as an Analyst for Students Consulting for Nonprofit Organizations from October 2021 to December 2022. In the summer of 2021, Jacob gained experience as a Summer Analyst at Eaton Partners, supporting alternative investment fundraising efforts. Additionally, Jacob participated in a design project optimizing electronics storage systems for the Northwestern Formula One racing team during a program at the McCormick School of Engineering. Jacob's early work experience includes serving as a caddie at the Country Club of Darien and Wee Burn Country Club from 2017 to 2019. Jacob is currently pursuing a degree at Northwestern University, expected to graduate in 2024, and is a graduate of Darien High School, class of 2020.
