Jason Cousins

Jason Cousins serves as the Director of Corporate Real Estate EMEA at Lazard, overseeing strategic management of corporate real estate and facilities for a leading financial advisory firm since January 2019. Previously, Jason held various significant roles, including Chair of the Members Council for the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management from November 2020 to December 2023, and Chair of the BIFM London Region from April 2013 to October 2020. With extensive experience in facilities management across multiple sectors, Jason has worked as Facilities Director at Womble Bond Dickinson (UK) LLP and managed corporate real estate services for Macquarie Bank at CBRE Corporate Outsourcing. Jason's educational background includes a degree in Corporate Real Estate and Facilities Management from the University of Reading and a BSc (Hons) in Facilities Management and Computer Studies from The Open University.
