Marco Cipriano

Marco Cipriano is currently engaged in M&A Capital Markets and Trading Analytics at Lazard, where they are responsible for promoting a newly-created product across Europe and providing real-time quantitative analysis to European clients. Previously, they managed a $250 million portfolio at K S Management Inc as a Merger Arbitrage Portfolio Manager, achieving over 5% unlevered annualized returns with low volatility. Additionally, they served as a distressed securities analyst during critical credit cycles. Marco is pursuing education at Columbia University in the City of New York.
