Sida Yang

Sida Yang is an associate at Lazard, specializing in private equity secondary transactions and primary capital fundraising since June 2021, following experience as an analyst focused on GP/LP-led secondary transactions and fundraising for private equity and credit funds. Prior to Lazard, Sida worked as an investment banking analyst at Nomura, providing tailored fixed income solutions and completing extensive training in financial modeling and valuation while also developing quantitative modeling tools in Python. Sida's earlier roles include an investment associate internship at Temasek, where market analysis and financial modeling in the life sciences sector were key responsibilities, as well as various engineering and consulting internships at companies such as ExxonMobil, Bayer, and Panasonic. Education includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Aerospace Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, complemented by studies at Delft University of Technology and a certification in Full Stack Web Development from freeCodeCamp.
