Tom Niu

Tom Niu is currently the Vice President of Restructuring and Liability Management at Lazard, a position held since 2024. Prior to this role, Tom served as a Senior Associate at Vector Capital Management from 2020 to 2024, focusing on TMT Special Situations Credit. Tom has a robust background in investment banking, having worked as an Analyst at J.P. Morgan and completed internships at firms such as Wedbush Securities, Excel Partners, and Hermes Capital Advisors. Tom earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business, where they studied from 2011 to 2015.
