Jeremy MacKs

Jeremy Macks is a software engineer currently employed at Lazarus AI since February 2023. Prior experience includes a machine learning internship at Jacobs, where contributions supported the ISS crew and involved performance assessments of image detection models. As an intern at FactSet, Jeremy developed a prototype for a matrix multiplier pipeline utilizing AWS and C++ for quantitative risk analytics. Academic involvement includes serving as an undergraduate mentor at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where assistance was provided in various technical topics, and conducting research on topic modeling algorithms under Professor Tomek Strzalkowski. Jeremy Macks holds a Master of Science in Cognitive Science and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, both from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
