Steve Winick

Steve Winick is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and financial planning and analysis. Currently serving as Director at Lazear ESOP | M&A Advisors since January 2025, Steve previously held multiple leadership roles at Beam Benefits from December 2018 to November 2024, including Vice President of FP&A and Director of FP&A. Prior experience includes positions at Deloitte, where Steve was a Manager and Senior Consultant in M&A from October 2014 to November 2018, and a Postgraduate Technical Assistant at the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) from June 2013 to June 2014. Educational credentials include a Master of Accounting with a joint degree in BSBA from The Ohio State University, along with a BSBA in Accounting and minors in Economics and Law from the same institution. Steve also participated in a summer study abroad program in International Law at the University of Oxford in 2011.
