Troy Starr

Troy Starr is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and management. Currently serving as Managing Director at Lazear Capital Partners since September 2022, Troy previously held the position of Director of Accounting Operations at Designer Brands from February 2021 to September 2022. Prior experience includes a managerial role at EY from October 2013 to March 2021, where Troy developed skills in financial oversight and leadership. Troy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from The Ohio State University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business/Management from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
