Abir Abbas

Abir Abbas has a diverse work experience in software development. They started their career at Teleperformance in 2017 and then worked at Tom&Sawyer as a Software Engineer in 2018. In 2019, Abir co-founded Fyro Inc and took on the role of Co-Founder & Software Engineer, leading the end-to-end process of ideation, research, planning, prototyping, and deployment. They developed backend systems, web applications, and cross-platform applications using technologies like Express JS, React, and React Native. Abir also utilized AWS Cloud Services for their projects.

In 2019, Abir joined ThoughtWire as a Cloud Engineer, where they managed and deployed cloud resources in AWS, automated testing and deployment processes, and integrated testing for REST endpoints. They then worked at Clutch as a Software Engineer Level II and later as a Software Engineer for a few months in 2020.

Abir joined Top Hat in 2021 as a Software Engineer Level III before moving to Lazer Technologies, where they assumed the roles of Senior Software Engineer and Software Technical Lead. At Lazer Technologies, Abir led full-stack development projects using technologies like React, Next.js, and Express.js. They managed multifaceted software development projects, employed Agile methodologies, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines, improving time-to-market and user engagement for startups.

Abir Abbas has a Bachelor of Computing (B.Comp) degree in Computer Science from the University of Guelph.
