Ray Hinch

Ray Hinch serves as the Director of Sales at Lazurite since August 2025 and is also the Founder and Principal of NICHE ORTHO REP GROUP, LLC, established in February 2025, which focuses on providing differentiating products in the orthopedic field. Previous experience includes a role as Sales Executive at OrthoMidwest, representing DePuy Synthes from March 2024 to October 2024, where leadership was provided during a merger. Hinch held a sales leadership position at Depuy Synthes - Integrated Surgical Solutions from March 2015 to February 2024, contributing strategically to market share growth. Prior to that, Hinch was Regional Sales Director at Zimmer Ohio - Direct from August 2013 to February 2014, facilitating the transition to a direct sales model. Education was completed at the University of Wisconsin - Stout with a degree in Plant Engineering, Industrial Technology from January 1979 to January 1983.
