Africa isn't just a destination we sell. It's our home.

Lazy Lizard Travel is a boutique agency built on something most can't claim: our founders, Keith and Su Holshausen, were born in South Africa and raised in Zimbabwe. Their networks, relationships, and on-the-ground knowledge across Southern Africa are generational, not learned from a guidebook.

Our team brings together Su's credentials as a certified Destination Specialist, Keith's deep roots in African conservation, and Ben's military logistics precision to craft journeys that are as flawlessly executed as they are unforgettable.

Our specialization:
🌍 African Safaris. This is where we shine. We've been designing journeys across Southern Africa for over a decade, but honestly it started long before that. Adventures in the bush, exploring with family, discovering what makes each corner of the continent unique. We only work with operators we trust deeply, and that trust is earned over years of personal experience on the ground.

We also bring deep expertise in:
✈️ Europe & the Caribbean. Honeymoons, golf tours, group trips, destination weddings. The same obsessive attention to detail, different backdrop.

We serve two client types:
🤝 Groups. We've earned our reputation running complex group travel programs – multi-country MBA immersions that move seamlessly from safari camps to corporate boardrooms across Southern Africa. If you're planning a corporate retreat, incentive trip, or group journey, our generational roots, on-the-ground relationships, and deep regional expertise mean we can open doors that most operators simply can't.

🧳 Individual Travelers. Every trip starts with a conversation, not a catalog. We take the time to understand who you are and what you're hoping to feel, then build an itinerary that reflects our deep knowledge of the destination and our genuine care for your experience.
