From 2001 to 2007, they worked at Douwe Egberts in roles such as Product Group Manager Senseo, Brand Manager Douwe Egberts Belgium, and Junior Brand Manager Senseo. From 2007 to 2018, they worked at PepsiCo in roles such as Commercial Marketing Lead Nuts and New Snacks Brands West Europe, Commercial Innovation Lead Snacks and Tortilla Portfolio West Europe, Head/GM New Ventures NL, Senior Marketing Manager Smiths & Doritos NL, Trade Development Team Lead/Sales Manager NL, and National Account Team Manager. In 2018, they became Co-Founder & Chief Growth at Lazy Vegan, an irresistible and impactful frozen stir fry brand.
Bas Dijkstra received their Master of Science in Business Administration- Strategy from Erasmus University Rotterdam in 2001. Bas then attended THNK School of Creative Leadership from 2014 to 2015. In 2018, they completed a Post Doc in Digital Marketing Strategy & Leadership from Beeckestijn Business School.
