Prior to starting Lazy Vegan, Vincent was the owner, commercial director of Skogsgreven B.V., a company that designs, develops and delivers fresh frozen potato dishes for the retail and wholesale industry in Europe. Vincent has been in the food industry for over 14 years and has experience in supplying customers in Sweden, Finland, Norway and the Netherlands.
