David Merrill has extensive experience in quality management, currently serving as the Lead Quality Manager at LB Foster since March 2021. Previously, David held various roles at CXT Inc., an LB Foster Company, from September 2007 to May 2021, including Quality Manager and Quality Control Foreman. Early in David's career, managerial experience was gained at Domino's Pizza from April 2001 to May 2004.
