John C. Beggan Jr.

John C. Beggan Jr. is an experienced professional in supply chain management and procurement, currently serving as Buyer/Planner IV - Group Lead at LB Foster since February 2021. Previous experience includes roles as Buyer/Planner III for Allegheny Rail Products, where responsibilities involved managing ERP material planning and coordinating production schedules, and as Production Control Buyer/Planner for Friction Management, overseeing production control schedules and vendor sourcing. John also has a background in account management from Link Computer Corporation and as a Supervising Agent for Globe Life American Income Division, where customer service and team training were key responsibilities. In addition to professional roles, John served as Assistant Football Coach at Seton LaSalle Catholic High School, contributing to team development and academic growth. A student-athlete at Bowling Green State University, John earned both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Business Administration, participating in multiple bowl games and holding leadership positions within the football program.
