As Vice President at L&B Realty Advisors, LLP, Steve manages development activities, due diligence for acquisitions, and major capital improvements. Prior to their current role, Steve worked at Pond, Robinson & Associates as an Associate, focusing on forensic engineering design and physical due diligence. With a background in Civil Engineering and Structural Engineering from North Dakota State University, Steve has a strong foundation in technical expertise and project oversight.
