Michael Augst

Michael Augst is the Richmond Location Manager at LB Water Service. Michael has over ten years of experience in the waterworks industry, with a focus on sales and customer service.

Michael began their career in 2009 as a Warehouse Assistant with Fortiline Waterworks. In this role, they were responsible for receiving and stocking product, preparing orders for shipment, and assisting with customer service. Michael was quickly promoted to Inside Sales Representative, where they continued to excel in assisting customers, processing orders, and providing pricing and delivery information.

In 2014, Michael left Fortiline to join Hajoca Corporation as a Sales Representative. In this role, they were responsible for developing relationships with potential municipal customers, entering sales orders into the Solar Eclipse system, and coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery of product. Michael also worked closely with the outside sales team to provide support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Michael has been with LB Water Service since June of 2017 and is currently responsible for managing the Richmond location. Michael continues to provide outstanding customer service and is an expert in waterworks product pricing and delivery.

Michael Augst has a Bachelor of Science in Health and Wellness from the University of North Carolina Asheville.
