Rob Koontz is an experienced sales and writing professional with a diverse background in customer service, business development, and content creation. Currently serving as an Outside Sales Representative at LB Water Service, Inc. since August 2021, Rob has also held roles as a Technical Customer Service Representative. Prior to this, Rob worked as a Freelance Writer for NeedAnArticle.com, focusing on SEO, content writing, and technical writing from February 2015 to August 2023.
