Troy Dressler

Troy Dressler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management and military service. Since August 2001, Troy has held the position of Director of Operations and Location Manager at L/B Water Service, Inc. Prior to this role, Troy served in the US Army from June 1994 to June 2001 as a Field Artillery Surveyor 82C (SGT). Academic qualifications include a Master of Management with a focus on Strategic Management and Executive Leadership from Penn State University, attained between August 2019 and December 2022, and a Bachelor of Science in Geography from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania, earned from 1998 to 2001.
