Andrea Terwilliger

Andrea Terwilliger has extensive work experience in operations and property management. Andrea started their career at ArlenGroup as a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, where they managed company events, seminars, and marketing campaigns. Andrea then joined Hines as a Management Assistant, where they supported executives, managed travel arrangements, and planned company events. Andrea later became an Assistant Property Manager at Hines and was responsible for managing commercial/retail space. Andrea then worked at Equity Office Properties as a Property Manager, where they managed daily operations of a LEED Gold building. Andrea'smost recent role was at LBA Realty, where they held various positions, including Senior Property Manager, General Manager, Regional Operations Manager, and currently, Director of Operations. In these roles, they oversaw operations of industrial, office, and mixed-use buildings in multiple markets.

Andrea Terwilliger attended Liberty High School from 1993 to 1997, where they did not pursue any specific degree or field of study. Andrea then enrolled at Pacific Union College from 1999 to 2001, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Marketing.
