Miriam Otero

Miriam Otero has a diverse work experience, starting in 2007 as a Summer Associate at Harter Secrest & Emery LLP. Miriam then interned at Norton Rose Fulbright in 2008 before becoming a Legal Intern at Marvel Entertainment in the same year. In 2010, Miriam started as a Legal Associate at Hudson Housing Capital LLC before moving on to become a Media Counsel at Fox News Network, LLC in 2012. Miriam also worked as an Associate Counsel at Hudson Housing Capital LLC from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, Miriam joined Solid Landings Behavioral Health as a Corporate Counsel until 2016. Currently, they hold the position Vice President, Compliance at LBA Realty since 2023, after being the Director of Compliance since 2016.

Miriam Otero's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English from Cornell University, which they obtained between 2002 and 2006. Miriam then pursued a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Business Law & Regulation from Cornell Law School, completing their studies from 2006 to 2009. During their undergraduate years, Miriam Otero also participated in a semester abroad program at King's College London, where they focused on studying English. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Diversity and Inclusion certification from Cornell University in December 2022. Miriam Otero is also recognized as an Attorney in Good Standing in New Jersey and New York, and they have completed various training courses on topics such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), managing unconscious bias, and unconscious bias through LinkedIn.
