Perry Schonfeld

Perry Schonfeld has over 40 years of work experience, starting in 1980 as a Supervisor Audit & Tax at Coopers & Lybrand. Perry then moved on to Coldwell Financial as an Assistant Controller from 1984 to 1986. From 1986 to 1988, Perry served as the Chief Financial Officer at AEI. Perry then joined Cushman & Wakefield as an Associate Director, where they worked until 1997. In 1997, Perry joined LBA Realty as the Principal and Chief Operating Officer. Recently, in 2020, they took on the role of MSRE Chairman / Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Chapman University.

Perry Schonfeld pursued their education at the University at Buffalo School of Management, The State University of New York from 1976 to 1980. Perry achieved a Bachelor of Science degree, Magna Cum Laude, with a major in Business Administration and Management, General. Later, from 1989 to 1991, Perry attended the UCLA Anderson School of Management, where they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in Business Administration and Management, General.
