Andre Lanier

Andre Lanier possesses extensive experience in instructional leadership and management. Currently serving as Lead Naval Flight Officer Contract Instructor at LB&B Associates Inc since September 2010, Andre directs instruction for over 700 domestic and foreign Special Operations aircrew, leveraging expertise in adult learning principles and methodologies. Previously, in the role of Store Manager at Walmart from January 2009 to September 2010, Andre managed P&L operations for an $85M Supercenter, ensuring revenue and expense objectives were met. Andre's military career spanned from June 1986 to January 2009 as a Naval Flight Officer in the US Navy, where responsibilities included serving as Mission Commander with Top Secret Clearance and providing training for aircrew personnel. Andre holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from the University of Arkansas, along with a Master of Science in Operations Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The Citadel.
