Bill Zirzow has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Bill began their career as a Captain in the US Navy in 1986 and served in various roles until 2011, including the Chief Contract Instructor Pilot for MQ-4C Triton and P3C Orion. Bill also worked as the Chief of the Naval Advisory Group at Air University from 2008 to 2011. In 2004, they served as the Commanding Officer of VP 45. Bill Zirzow has also worked outside of the military, with roles such as Legislative Advisor for the Chief of Naval Personnel at CNP from 2006 to 2007 and as a DoD Legislative Fellow for Senator Susan Collins from 2001 to 2003. Bill currently works as an MQ-4C & P8 Pilot Training Expert at Aviation Systems Engineering Company since 2017.
From 2007 to 2008, Bill Zirzow attended the ICAF, where they earned a Master of Science degree in National Resource Strategy.
