Michael Cassidy

Michael Cassidy currently serves as the Lead Contract Instructor at LB&B Associates Inc, where instruction and training for Navy personnel are prioritized. Previously, Michael held the position of Director, known internally as Officer in Charge, at the Fleet Support Unit Five within the US Navy, managing a team of 50 personnel and overseeing operations and support for military assets valued over $240 million, along with a $1.2 million operating budget. Prior experience includes serving as the Strategic Planning and Management Consulting Director at the U.S. Naval War College, leading consulting teams in strategic planning and enterprise agility. Michael holds a Master's degree in Defense and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Bridgewater State University.
