Christina Tolarba

Christina Tolarba is a seasoned HR professional with over two decades of experience, currently serving as Senior HR Manager at LBC Express, Inc. since September 2010, where Christina leads a 19-member team in the Account Management Group covering various operations. Prior to this role, Christina held key positions at San Miguel Corporation from 1997 to 2005, including HR Policies Head, overseeing the development and implementation of HR policies, and Training Supervisor, where Christina executed comprehensive training programs. Christina's career began as HR Associate III at San Miguel Packaging Products, where Christina facilitated competency evaluations. Christina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of the Philippines Diliman and furthered education at Ateneo CORD.
