Jhayner Bufi

Jhayner Bufi has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. JHAYNER started working as a Training Manager at ALC Group of Companies in 1988 and worked there until 1993. Afterwards, they served as the Training and OD Sr. Manager at Bayantel in 1997. In the same year, they became the Vice President at Sterling Tobacco Corporation and held the position until 2003. From 2003 to 2007, Jhayner worked as a Managing Consultant at Workforce Training, Inc. JHAYNER then joined SYNNEX - Concentrix Corp in 2007 as the Director HROD and stayed with the company until 2012. In 2012, Jhayner assumed the role of Chief People Officer at LBC Express Inc., where they currently work.

Jhayner Bufi has an MBA in Management from San Beda College. JHAYNER attended St. Joseph's College QC from 1981 to 1986, studying Mass Communications. Jhayner also pursued further education in Organization Development at Michigan Ross Business School and Strategic HR at Pennsylvania State University. Additionally, Jhayner obtained certifications in Competency-Based Human Resources System from Arthur Anderson and Interaction Management from DDI | Development Dimensions International. Jhayner later returned to San Beda College to earn another MBA, this time in International Trade and Finance.
