Brian Thomas

Brian Thomas is an experienced professional in sales and trading with a robust background in the building supplies industry. Currently serving as a Forest Products Trader at LBM Advantage since July 2015, Brian manages a territory of 40 independent lumber dealers and oversees inventory for dimensional lumber and panel products. Previously, Brian held positions as a Commodity Trader and Specialties Trader at the same company, where responsibilities included managing relationships with building supply retailers and empowering co-op members. Prior to LBM Advantage, Brian worked at National Nail Corp. as an Inside Sales Manager, successfully developing a new market in southern Wisconsin. Brian also has experience in supervisory roles within customer service and sales at Charter Communications, Peters Imports, and Amway. Brian holds a BBA in Business, Marketing from Grand Valley State University.
