Mary Jo Swearingen

Mary Jo Swearingen, SHRM-CP, currently serves as HR Leader and Human Resources Business Partner at LBMC Employment Partners since October 2022. Prior to this role, Mary Jo worked as a Human Resources Specialist for the Tennessee Comptroller of the Treasury from June 2020 to October 2022. Mary Jo holds a Master of Professional Studies in Strategic Leadership from Middle Tennessee State University, completed in 2023, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management with a collateral in International Business from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, obtained in 2020.
