Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Analyst Team Lead at LBMX since February 2011, John specializes in black box testing across various technologies, including VB desktop applications, web applications, SQL stored procedures, and web services. Previously, John held a temporary co-op position as a Quality Assurance Tester at Scotiabank in early 2009, where responsibilities included writing test cases, conducting regression tests, and collaborating with developers. John holds an Associate's degree in Business Information Systems from Fanshawe College and a High School Diploma from Lord Dorchester Secondary School.
