Xavier Bayrou

Xavier Bayrou is an Investment Manager at LBO France since October 2021, specializing in the MidCap team with a focus on majority stakes in companies valued between €100 million and €500 million, as part of the €1 billion fund "White Knight IX." Key deal experiences include the acquisition of Alliance Marine and Mazarine, as well as several build-up projects and a notable sale of HMY to ITAB. Additionally, Xavier serves as a Board Observer for Mazarine and has a robust background in private equity and consulting through previous roles at L.E.K. Consulting, Rothschild & Co, and Parquest Capital, among others. Xavier holds a Master’s degree in Finance from HEC Paris and has participated in an exchange program at Stanford University, complementing an education that includes advanced studies in mathematics.
