Christophe Murciani

Christophe Murciani is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in real estate debt management and advisory. Currently serving as the Responsable des Fonds de Dette Immobilière at LBP AM since November 2023, Murciani leads the real estate debt fund activities including strategy development, marketing to institutional clients, and investment management. Previous experiences include positions as Directeur at Sienna Private Credit, and Director of both Debt Advisory at JLL France and European Finance at Tishman Speyer. Additional roles include Asset Manager at Cityhold Property AB, Senior Consultant at Amplion Asset Management, Director of Real Estate Finance at Citigroup, and Director of Securitisation at IXIS Corporate & Investment Bank and Société Générale. Murciani holds a degree from ESCP Business School and has a robust background in structuring and managing diverse financing solutions within the real estate sector.
