Alicia Rivera is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research coordination and property management. Since June 1999, Alicia has served as a Research Coordinator at the University of Southern California, focusing on colon cancer research and managing a clinical trial involving over 2,500 participants from multiple universities across the U.S. Concurrently, Alicia has been the Resident Manager at LB Property Management, Inc. since May 2003, overseeing a 32-unit building in Los Angeles and addressing tenant needs and concerns. Prior to these roles, Alicia conducted cancer research for pulmonary advanced cancer patients at UCLA from January 2000 to October 2003. Alicia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from California State University, Los Angeles, earned in 1996.
