Michael Sedoti, MS, has extensive experience in resident services management, currently serving as the Resident Services Manager at HDC MidAtlantic since October 2011. In this role, Michael executes a comprehensive Resident Services work plan, overseeing a team of eight Resident Services Coordinators to ensure high-quality, people-centered service delivery. Prior experience includes positions as Resident Services Supervisor and Resident Service Coordinator at HDC MidAtlantic, as well as roles in quality assurance at Excalibur Consulting and as a Graduate Assistant at Shippensburg University. Michael holds a Master of Science in Psychology from Shippensburg University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Bloomsburg University.
