Jason Lopata is an experienced professional in real estate and urban development, currently serving as Development Manager at LBPM since May 2019 and as Regional Director for Southern California at Stanford Professionals In Real Estate (SPIRE) since June 2017. Previously, Jason worked as Assistant Project Manager at Craig Lawson & Co., LLC, and contributed to urban development discussions as a member of the Board of Contributors at Stratfor. As the founder and president of ASPIRE, Jason led initiatives focused on real estate and place-making at Stanford University, and has completed internships with the Office of Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti. Jason holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from USC and a Bachelor’s degree in History from Stanford, complemented by a study abroad program at the University of Oxford.
