Continuing their education, they pursued an Executive Master of Leadership degree with a focus on Organizational Leadership at the University of Southern California from 2013 to 2015. Courtney further honed their leadership skills by attending the Western CUNA Management School, where they pursued a CU Leadership program from 2015 to 2017.
