Charles Ritchie has extensive experience in software development and programming. Charles started their career as a Programmer/Analyst at Rand McNally in 1989, where they worked with IBM tools to design and develop internal software systems. During their time at Rand McNally, they also served as a project leader, managing a team of programmers and overseeing the development of a standalone inventory system.

Charles also provides support to the warranty department, utilizing Coldfusion, HTML5, Javascript, and IIS for development.
