Sarah Matthews

Sarah Matthews is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in the field of human resources spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at London & Country Mortgages since February 2013, Sarah has held various roles including Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Business Partner, providing comprehensive HR support to business areas. Prior to this, Sarah worked at AWD Chase DeVere from January 2003 to December 2012, where responsibilities included advising on disciplinary matters, recruitment, and employment policies for the South West Region.
