Sedef Ates

Sedef Ates has extensive experience in logistics, supply chain management, and operational excellence, currently serving as Assistant CEO and Program Manager at LC Waikiki since September 2020. In this role, Sedef mentors logistics teams across Europe, Africa, and Asia, ensuring the standardization and improvement of logistics processes while collaborating with the CEO and General Manager. With a strong foundation in supply chain and project management, Sedef previously held various managerial positions at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, focusing on new product development, quality management, and industrialization across multiple regions. Sedef holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Kocaeli University.
