Jonny Popper

Jonny Popper is the Chief Executive and co-founder of LCA, where they have contributed over 25 years of expertise in development and planning-led issues, working on notable projects like the transformations of Greenwich Peninsula and Wembley Park. Having transitioned from Managing Director to Chief Executive in September 2021, Jonny continues to lead the agency while maintaining a client-focused approach. Prior to establishing LCA, they served as Director at Neil Stewart Associates and worked in the NHS Management Training Scheme. Jonny holds a degree in economics from the University of Leeds and remains actively involved in the industry as Chair of the NLA's Expert Panel on Planning and a member of the NLA Sounding Board.
