Formanek Joel has extensive experience in the vision center industry, working for Lasik Plus Vision Center from November 2012 to September 2023 as a Center Director. In August 2018, Formanek transitioned to the role of Regional Operations Manager at LasikPlus (LCA-Vision Inc.), where Formanek oversees 20+ operational Lasik Vision Centers. Their responsibilities include ensuring the best customer service and Lasik vision outcomes possible. Throughout their career, Formanek has demonstrated a dedication to patient care, profit and loss management, and building strong professional relationships within the industry.
