Arzu Leblanc

Arzu LeBlanc is an experienced executive in the senior living and hospitality industries, currently serving as Executive Director at LCB Senior Living, LLC since August 2023. Prior to this role, Arzu held the position of Executive Director at EPOCH Senior Living from April 2021 to August 2023, and at Benchmark Senior Living from March 2015 to April 2021, where participation in the Chairmen’s Club and the attainment of the Ripple Award for associate satisfaction were notable achievements. Before specializing in senior living, Arzu held general management positions at Island Hospitality Management and Pillar Hotels & Resorts, where significant increases in revenue and operational standards were achieved. Arzu began a career in hospitality management with Extended Stay America, overseeing multiple hotel properties to optimize revenue and performance. Arzu holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Mersin University.
