Daniel McGrew

Daniel joined LCB Senior Living in 2013 as a Financial Analyst and has been LCB’s Director of Investments since 2018. Dan is responsible for overseeing the underwriting for all new development and acquisition opportunities and bringing those transactions through closing by working closely with LCB’s lenders and investors. Dan also maintains lender relations, as well as future year forecasting projections.
