Valerie MacElis

Valerie Macelis has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Valerie started their career at Western Connecticut Health Network, where they held roles as a Patient Access Team Leader and PAFS Trainer. Valerie then joined VITAS Healthcare as a Senior Sales Rep-Marketing Representative, specializing in Medicare Hospice Benefits and clinical criteria. Currently, they work at LCB Senior Living, LLC as an Area Business Development Director.

Valerie Macelis completed their Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management at Quinnipiac University from 2002 to 2006. Valerie then went on to attain a Master of Business Administration in the same field from Albertus Magnus College between 2011 and 2013. In 2017, Valerie received the "Leadership Winner" certification from VITAS Healthcare and is also a Certified Healthcare Access Associate.
