Rohit Singla

Rohit Singla is a Litigation Partner at Munger Tolles & Olson LLP, where they focus on antitrust, patent, DMCA, and other complex litigation in the computer, internet, media, and pharmaceutical industries. They have served as a Board Member for both the Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights of the San Francisco Bay Area and Public Advocates since 2009. Rohit began their career as a Teaching Fellow in Computer Science at Stanford University before holding key positions including Judicial Law Clerk for Judge Alfred Goodwin at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. They earned a J.D. magna cum laude from Harvard Law School and hold degrees from Stanford University in International Policy Studies and Computer Science.
