Varlam Molina P.e.

Varlam Molina, P.E. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering within the utility sector. Since January 2007, Varlam has held various roles at LCEC, including Hazard Mitigation and Grants Project Manager, where responsibilities include coordinating grant funding requirements, and Sr. Project Manager, managing a $3M project for the installation of submarine cable to North Captiva Island, FL. Additional roles involved overseeing FEMA Hazard Mitigation Grant Projects, maintaining standards for distribution systems, and supervising maintenance work. Prior to LCEC, Varlam worked at UC Synergetic and NextEra Energy, Inc., focusing on distribution design and customer project management. Varlam holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Florida International University.
