Jessica Dencker

Jessica Dencker, MBA, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Human Resources Generalist at Lutheran Church Extension Fund since December 2023. Previously, Jessica held the same role at Roeslein & Associates from June 2020 to November 2023 and interned at the same company from May 2019 to January 2020. Earlier experience includes an internship at Zobrio, where responsibilities encompassed Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions, marketing project assistance, payroll allocations, and account reconciliations. Jessica Dencker earned a Master of Business Administration in 2022 and a Bachelor of Science in Management with an emphasis in Human Resources from Missouri State University in 2020, along with a minor in Spanish.
