William Bates

William Bates is an Associate Solicitor at LCF Law since October 2022. Prior to this role, William served as a Senior Associate in the Commercial and Sports Litigation department at McCormicks Solicitors from September 2017 to September 2022, after working as an Associate in the same department. William began legal training as a Trainee Solicitor at Taylor Walton LLP from September 2015 to August 2017, and also held positions as a Student Associate at LexisNexis UK and participated in a Summer Vacation Scheme at Taylor Walton LLP. Early career experiences include working as an Outdoor Clerk for Bretherton Law and a Summer Intern at Selex Galileo. William holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Durham University and completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Hertfordshire.
