George Helock

George Helock, CPA, currently serves as Managing Director at LCG Advisors, a leading transaction advisory services firm established in 2003 that manages over 1,000 projects annually for prominent institutional lenders, investors, middle-market businesses, and family offices. Prior to this role, George held positions as Colorado Market President and Director at Embark and as Audit Senior Manager at Deloitte. George's experience also includes a variety of internships and early positions in the finance and auditing sectors, such as a Co-Op at Johnson and Johnson Pharmaceutical Research and Development and an Audit Intern at Deloitte and Touche. George holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting/Finance and Legal Studies from Rider University.
