Macc Keith Gardner

Keith Gardner, MAcc, CPA has over thirty years of professional experience in public and private accounting, with a focus on the healthcare industry. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President in LCG Advisors' Special Situations Group (SSG), where they manage projects, resources, and staff. Keith's expertise includes working with various healthcare segments such as acute-care, physician groups, behavioral health, ambulatory surgery centers, and long-term care. Keith has also been involved in portfolio investments for private equity and venture capital investors. Prior to their current role, Keith worked as a contract and interim consultant from 2013 to 2021, providing consulting services to various organizations. Keith also served as a contract consultant at Kraft Healthcare Consulting, LLC from 2011 to 2013. Before that, Keith worked as a consultant and interim controller, specializing in balance sheet audits and Sarbanes-Oxley field work, for an internal audit group involved in a major corporate fraud restatement project. Keith has also held positions as a hospital/corporate controller at Associated Healthcare Systems and an assistant controller at Patriot Medical Technologies. Additionally, Keith served as a corporate controller at Everest Health Systems, where they were responsible for the financial management of 17 long-term care facilities and two parent companies. Throughout their career, Keith has gained expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, treasury functions, and retirement plan management.

Keith Gardner, MAcc, CPA attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where they obtained a Master of Accountancy degree with a specialization in Accounting.
